Sound Bath with Charity Grace
Charity Grace is a yoga teacher, musician of 30 years turned sound healer, and the creator of ShiiStudios — a practice rooted in nervous system regulation, embodied wellness, and the ancient power of sound.
Her work draws from a deep well of training and lived experience. A certified yoga teacher (200 E-RYT + YACEP), student of Ayurvedic Digestive Sciences, and world traveler across 23 countries, Charity brings both ancient wisdom and a grounded, personal warmth to every experience she holds space for. Her offerings are designed to help the body exhale — to slow down, soften, and reconnect with its own deeper rhythms.
