Have you been feeling burnt out lately? Disconnected from yourself? Or maybe you just love to travel and want to make meaningful connections with other women who are into the same things as you. Or honestly… maybe you just want to frolic in a waterfall and eat mangos all day.

This retreat was created for exactly that. Shii Studios and Wandering Barefoot have come together to create a really special experience in Costa Rica.

If you’ve followed my travels and ever thought, “I wish I could do something like that,” this is your chance!

Imagine waking up to the sounds of birds and monkeys, starting your morning with fresh tropical fruit and a gentle yoga class overlooking the Costa Rican jungle. Nothing intense, just enough to wake up the body and feel good.

​

From there, your days can be a mix of adventure and complete relaxation. We’ll explore Manuel Antonio, swim at beautiful beaches, and keep an eye out for monkeys and sloths. We’ll spend a day at a local cacao farm connecting with the culture and learning something new. And there will also be time to slow down, whether that’s laying by the pool, reading, or just enjoying the peace of being surrounded by nature.

Evenings will be all about unwinding. Slower, more restorative practices to help your body fully relax, along with one or two sound baths, including a sunset session on the beach with the sound of the waves in the background.

​

The food will be fresh, nourishing, and honestly just really good. Think vibrant, tropical, and satisfying meals that make you feel taken care of.

​

The retreat space itself is beautiful, newly built, and designed to feel both elevated and comfortable. There will be options for shared bunks that are cute and stylish, as well as private or shared king rooms. This will be a women-only retreat, creating a supportive, fun, and connected group experience.
