By purchasing a ticket, booking a session, or participating in any offering provided by Shii Studios LLC (“Shii Studios”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in experiences that may include sound healing, sound baths, yin or restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other nervous system regulation practices. These experiences may involve physical stillness or gentle movement, as well as emotional and energetic components.

I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical discomfort, soreness, or injury, dizziness or lightheadedness, changes in breathing patterns, and emotional or psychological responses. I understand that these practices may create deep states of relaxation and may result in unexpected emotional release, including shifts in mood or physical sensations. I understand that each individual’s experience is unique and that specific results cannot be guaranteed.

I willingly and voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with my participation. I agree to listen to my body, honor my limits, and take full responsibility for my experience throughout the session.

I understand that Shii Studios does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I affirm that I am in suitable physical and mental condition to participate and that I will consult a qualified healthcare professional if I have any concerns. I agree to inform the facilitator of any injuries, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect my participation.

I understand that certain conditions may not be suitable for participation in sound healing, breathwork, or nervous system-based practices. These may include, but are not limited to, pregnancy (particularly in the first trimester), epilepsy or seizure disorders, severe mental health conditions, recent surgeries, cardiovascular conditions, or any other medical or psychological condition that may be impacted by deep relaxation or breathwork practices. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare provider if I have any concerns about my ability to participate, and to notify the facilitator of any relevant conditions prior to the session. I understand that participation is voluntary and that I may choose to modify or refrain from certain practices at any time.

I agree to modify or discontinue participation at any time if I experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, or distress. I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate any concerns and to care for my own well-being during and after the session.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Shii Studios LLC, its owner, facilitators, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury, physical or emotional, as well as loss or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after any session or event.

I understand that sessions or events may be photographed, recorded, or filmed for marketing and promotional purposes. By agreeing to this agreement, I grant permission to Shii Studios LLC to use my image, likeness, or voice in social media, website content, and other marketing materials. I understand that I may opt out by notifying Shii Studios in writing prior to the event.

Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided the event or session is not scheduled to begin within 72 hours of the time of purchase. Bookings made within 72 hours of the scheduled event or session are non-refundable. After the initial 24-hour booking window has passed, all sales are final and non-refundable, including cancellations, missed sessions, or failure to attend. Credits or transfers may be offered at the discretion of Shii Studios but are not guaranteed.

If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my ticket to a friend or family member prior to the start of the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the new participant has read and agreed to this Shii Studios Experience Agreement. Shii Studios is not responsible for facilitating transfers, and all coordination must be handled by the original purchaser.

By completing my purchase, checking the agreement box, or participating in any offering, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this Shii Studios Experience Agreement. I voluntarily agree to all terms and accept full responsibility for my participation. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or that I have obtained appropriate guardian consent.
