About the event
Come celebrate the fun side of Halloween with a warm, cozy and slightly spooky (but not actually spooky 👻) evening of sound, red lights and deep relaxation!
We’ll settle into the warmth of the studio, surrounded by glowing red light and just a touch of Halloween ambiance, before getting extra comfortable for a long, relaxing sound bath filled with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other soothing sounds. Think less haunted house and more cozy Halloween night with nowhere else to be. 🎃✨ The red lighting creates the dreamiest atmosphere while the warmth of the room makes it even easier to settle in, get comfortable and completely relax. There’s nothing scary, dark or heavy about this one. Just a fun excuse to celebrate Halloween a little differently, slow down and give yourself an evening to REST.
Come cozy, bring some water, get comfortable on your mat and let yourself completely…
