Begin the evening with intentional time for guided journaling and gratitude reflection, creating space to pause and recognize what youre grateful for. Then settle in for a restorative sound bath designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and bring you into the present moment.
Enjoy thoughtful touches designed to make the experience feel even more special. Each guest will receive a curated collection of items to enjoy during the experience and take home, carrying a little of that gratitude and intention with you beyind the evening.
